$ Prepare weekly Accounts Payable and Daily Bank Activities, including Credit Cards. Maintain rental incomes. Prepare Financial Statements on a Monthly Basis including Bank Statement Reconciliation, Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.
$ Maintain Tax Liability responsibilities which includes: Property Tax, Non Resident Tax, Estimated Tax-both personal and business. $ Process Payroll (If needed), Payroll Tax Payments and Payroll Reporting. Manage Insurances (payments and cost effective policies).
$ Collect rents to include prepare monthly tenant statements, eviction notices, etc.
Schedule and maintain building repair and maintenance contractors when needed. $2,600.00 per month.
